We’ve been going to jacks for more than 10 years and love the atmosphere, location, staff and food. They make great breakfast with plenty of food. The burgers are above average and the pizza is average or a little better than average. They have a great variety and it’s all solid to very good. The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. My only problem is that in the past year or two prices have shot up. I can tolerate the $18.75 for a burger but they priced basic coffee at $4.19 and a soft drink is about $5 which makes a cup of black coffee well over $5 with tax and tip and a soft drink over $6 and that’s more than I’m willing to pay. I can go for lunch and just have water but the prices just add up too quickly when drinks are so inflated. I hope they reconsider pricing because the value just isn’t there at these prices.

This restaurant makes everything from scratch! The food is absolutely delicious every time without fail. The service that all the employees give is absolutely outstanding and friendly!

It was a nice rainy day for coffee and breakfast. We are new to the area, and we were curious to try the local spots. Walking into Jack’s Place we were greeted by their friendly hosts. It was a bit of a wait (about 25 minutes) but the atmosphere in the restaurant made it go fast. Their coffee was really good and I got the Jack’s stuffed French toast. Amazing! My wife got the fat Elvis pancakes, Really worth it. Our waitress and all the staff was very kind. Will be coming back for sure!

First time trying the food at this place. Amazing eats, had the American burger medium well my hubby tried the lamb tacos, Mahi tacos, and steak tacos they were delicious. For desert had the salty, caramel cookie with vanilla ice cream hands down the best treat ever. Got to try it to see what I'm talking about.

I really love coming here with my little family to enjoy a relaxing meal while also being around the amazing atmosphere inside and out. The staff was very attentive, respectful and very friendly especially with my toddler. This is a very neat spot to kick back with your family, feels like a cozy cabin in big bear. Food was also amazing as well, everything tastes great and price was very affordable. We even had a ton of leftovers to eat later at home! If you haven't tried this place you definitely need to put this on your to-do list.

Been hearing about this place so had to check it out. The atmosphere was cute and service was great. The food was mediocre. I was expecting more. It was a bit pricey for a burger, salad and chicken sandwich. The fries were bland, had to add salt. Also the chicken in the chicken sandwich needed a bit more flavor. The burger was basic. The bbq chicken salad was good, filling. Always nice to support a local small business.

Service: Extremelly Friendly, quick, efficient. We placed a phone order and they were quick to answer the phone. Atmosphere: Rustic feeling. They offer outdoor and inside dining. Drinks: We didn't order any. Food: We ordered a large BBQ Chicken Pizza with a dozen chicken wings. The pizza was well done - dough crispy. Decent ingrediants. We ordered the Korean-flared flavor wings. Well done and crispy wings. Not overly sausy. Would buy again. Price: The price is worth the order. We paid essentially $38 for the pizza on a special with the wings.
